Watson, Farley & Williams, a leading international law firm, is pleased to announce the promotion of four lawyers to partner. The appointments, in two of the firm’s 14 offices, take effect from 1 May 2013, and bring the total number of partners in the firm to 126.
The promotions are as follows:
Jahnavi Ramachandran, Asset Finance London
Jahnavi specialises in transport finance, with particular emphasis on the aviation sector.
Her experience includes the acquisition, financing and leasing of assets including aircraft, ships and rolling stock. She has acted for a wide range of banks, lessors and airlines as well as the European export credit agencies.
Kavita Shah, Asset Finance, London
Kavita specialises in international finance. Her expertise includes ship finance, structured and project finance acting for a number of financial institutions and international corporations as well as shipping companies.
Ahmad Khonsari, Corporate, Munich
Ahmad specialises in mergers & acquisitions, private equity and corporate law.
Daniel Marhewka, Corporate, Munich
Daniel specialises in renewable energy, mergers & acquisitions, private equity and corporate law. He advises both strategic and financial investors with a transactional focus and also private clients.
