International law firm Watson Farley & Williams’ (“WFW”) is to set to boost its growing oil & gas sector offering with the hire of Partner Colin Graham, who joins the firm from the London office of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe. Colin, who qualified as a solicitor at Herbert Smith LLP, has 18 years’ experience advising on complex, cross-border matters in the energy and power sectors.
In the energy sphere, which forms the basis of his practice, Colin focuses primarily on M&A transactions and project development in the upstream oil & gas sector. Colin has particular expertise in the gas sector having advised on major gas pipeline projects, across the LNG value chain and on the development of gas-to-power projects.
Colin’s practice is truly international, encompassing Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Asia and both North and South America.
