WFW founding partner Martin Watson was among “the biggest names in global shipping” at a summit hosted by UK Prime Minister David Cameron yesterday at 10 Downing Street to mark the opening day of London International Shipping Week.
The event focused on what attracts international shipping business to the UK and what could be done to further boost its reputation as a global leader. Among those attending the round table were: Jim Stewart – Chairman of Maritime UK; Patrick McLoughlin – Transport Secretary; and Ministers from the Cabinet Office, Treasury, Department for Business and Department for Transport.
