Sebastian added: “WFW is recognised in the market for its track record regarding complex financing transactions, especially in the areas of asset, acquisition and project finance. WFW´s excellent financing know-how, particularly within the key Maritime, Energy and Real Estate sectors, in combination with debt securities, structured finance and derivatives expertise, creates a compelling client offering and a great platform for us to further develop our practice and help drive further growth of WFW.”
