International law firm Watson Farley & Williams (“WFW”) is delighted to announce that Mario D’Ovidio has joined the firm’s Banking & Finance practice in Milan as a Partner.
Mario’s experience includes advising banks, investors and financial institutions on asset-based financings in the real estate, transportation and sports sectors, as well as on project finance-related matters. He also advises arrangers and borrowers on acquisition financings (both corporate and leveraged) and on direct lending and fronted participation syndicated transactions.
Mario is also experienced in the specific area of ECA-backed lending, where he assists arrangers and ECAs on export credit and internationalisation transactions for the financing of infrastructure projects, manufacturing plants, ships and aircraft.
