Chananya is an Associate in the Litigation team, based in Bangkok. Chananya practises general commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters, with a focus on arbitration, contract, competition, and employment law. She had also assisted in providing training on competition and corruption law to clients. Chananya is currently the ICC YAF representative for Thailand.

Chananya previously worked at Herbert Smith Freehills (Thailand) as an Associate in the Litigation department. She has experience in advising both local Thai and international clients on a wide range of commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters.

Chananya completed her Bachelor Degree with Honours in Business Law at Chulalongkorn University, Thailand in 2012, where she served as President of the Asian Law Students’ Association. She was the first runner-up for the 2010 Young Thai IP Law Ambassador Award and participated in both the 2009 Price E. Monroe Moot Court Competition held at Oxford University, England, and the 2008 ICC Moot Court Competition held in Paris, France.
