    • Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners on its €384m investment in the new €1.8bn offshore grid connection project “DolWin3” for North Sea wind farms, which will transmit wind energy from the North Sea to German customers and the related Joint Venture with Dutch grid operator TenneT.
    • Capital Stage AG on the acquisition of several wind and photovoltaic projects in Germany, Italy and Great Britain.
    • Swiss energy provider on the acquisition of a minority stake in a German biogas to biomethan upgrading plant development project.
    • Deutsche Annington Immobilien SE on the introduction of a remuneration model for executives and an employee share option model in the course of the stock market launch.
    • EOS Holding SA on the acquisition of a German onshore wind farm portfolio with a total capacity of 91 MW from the Danish Scan Energy Group.
    • Robert Bosch Venture Capital GmbH on the acquisition of a minority shareholding in Torqeedo GmbH by way of a capital increase.
    • DPE Deutsche Private Equity GmbH on the sale of the SSB Group GmbH, a leading producer of electronic pitch systems for wind parks, to Emerson Electric Co.
    • Granville Baird on the merger of Balzac Coffee GmbH & Co. KG with World Coffee Company GmbH & Co. KG.
    • RWE Innogy on all elements of the legal structuring of its logistics operations for offshore wind projects, including the formation of an offshore logistics entity to bundle RWE Innogy’s logistics operations as well as the contracts governing the deployment and services of RWE’s two offshore installation vessels.
