    • Euronext in connection with the acquisition of a 90% interest in FastMatch, Inc., a high-growth disruptive Electronic Communication Network company in the spot FX market, for an initial cash consideration of US$153m.
    • Diversified Gas & Oil Plc on its admission to trading on AIM and related placing to raise US$50m, the largest oil and gas flotation in London since oil prices started to fall in mid-2014.
    • PKA, one of Denmark’s leading pension funds, on its acquisition of a 50% stake in the Teesside Renewable Energy Plant in the North East of England. The investment bank Macquarie Capital holds the remaining 50%, and the total investment in the plant is anticipated to be in the region of £900m. The deal was awarded European Power Deal of the Year 2016 by PFI magazine.
    • Vattenfall, one of Europe’s leading electricity generators, on its disposal of a 49% stake in the 150 MW Ormonde offshore wind farm in England to Swedish pension group, AMF, for £237m (circa SEK3bn).
