Eugenio Tranchino is the founder and current Head of the Italian offices of Watson Farley & Williams. He specialises in corporate work, acquisition finance, project finance and restructuring, with particular emphasis on infrastructure and renewable energy projects in Italy and Europe.

Eugenio has an undergraduate and Master’s Degree in Law from the University of Rome as well as an LL.M. in European Business Law from the University of Paris and is admitted to both the Italian and French Bars. He is fluent in Spanish, English and French in addition to his native Italian.

Eugenio is ranked in Chambers Global 2015 (Corporate and M&A, Foreign Expert for France) and Chambers Europe 2015 (Energy, Band 2) with sources describing him as a “great and commercially minded lawyer”.
