Lyle Andrews is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution Team. He has extensive experience advising on dispute resolution issues, particularly in the area of construction and engineering. He is experienced in a range of dispute resolution procedures including mediation, arbitration and litigation in Hong Kong, Thailand and the United Kingdom.

Lyle has over 20 years practical knowledge and experience of the construction industry gained through working for a leading international consultancy practice as a chartered quantity surveyor prior to qualifying as a solicitor and acting as in-house/senior legal counsel for a leading Japanese and Korean contractor. During this time Lyle advised upon all aspects of construction contractual matters relating to mega-value energy, plant, building and civils projects throughout the world. Key to his role was to assist with strategic commercial negotiations and to assess commercial risk at all levels.

Over the last 15 years, Lyle has advised multi-national corporates, major oil & gas companies, casino owners, hydro-electric power owners, international manufacturers, contractors, consultants on a range of commercial disputes that typically arise in the course of business in Asia.
