    • A US group of companies regarding daily employment law related issues including ordinary and extraordinary dismissals and litigation.
    • Various private equity clients on day-to-day employment law-related questions, particularly regarding the setting up and terminating of management contracts.
    • Various clients on (multinational) transactions, in parts including preparatory employee reconciliation and social plan negotiations or subsequent employee synergy measures.
    • National and international clients regarding social security insurance disputes with respect to so-called false self-employment in social security-related disputes (advise, hearing, objection and social court proceedings).
