Patricia is a Senior Associate in the Paris Corporate team who focuses her practice on real estate law including property-related litigation. She advises on all issues relating to both the management of real estate assets (notably, commercial leases, short-term leases, residential leases, memoranda of understanding) and real estate acquisitions (audits, subdivision of properties for sale, outsourcing operations) as well as assisting both lessors and lessees in complex real estate operations.

Patricia has developed particular expertise in commercial leases (sale and lease-back operations, negotiating and drafting commercial leases as well as treating any related issues: indexation clauses, renewals, eviction compensation, environmental requirements, court-ordered surveys, drafting agreements relating to mutually agreed terminations and to the vacating of premises) covering various types of real estate (shopping centres, hospitals, hotels, warehouses, offices, sites used by the automobile industry).

She also reviews proposed renewable energy projects (solar plants and wind farms) and assesses the conformity of the plots as well as advising on any issues relating to the leases (lease pledges, emphyteutic or long term leases, building leases…).
