Experience Open

    Pauline’s experience includes advising:
    • Vattenfall’s subsidiaries in relation to the divestment of offshore transmission system assets concerning the Ormonde Offshore Wind Farm and the Thanet Offshore Wind Farm pursuant to the OFTO regime in the United Kingdom.
    • Investec Bank Plc, Royal Bank of Scotland Plc and Barclays Bank Plc on bankability issues arising under the suite of EPC, O&M, OEM, ICP contracts and other project agreements concerning various photovoltaic projects in the United Kingdom.
    • DONG Energy on the divestment of transmission assets of a number of offshore wind farms pursuant to the OFTO regime in the United Kingdom.
    • DONG Energy on the wind turbine supply, service warranty agreements and O&M arrangements for various wind farm projects in the United Kingdom.
    • DONG Energy in relation to the preparation and development of a standard form EPC contract for use in respect of CCGT projects in Germany.
    • A major wind farm developer in Thailand on the drafting and negotiation of the turbine supply/installation agreement, the balance of plant contract, the full service agreement and other project agreements for a number of onshore wind farm projects in Thailand.
    • Banco Santander & British Solar Renewables in relation to a number of photovoltaic projects in the United Kingdom.
    • Deutsche Bank AG on bankability issues arising under the suite of EPC, project management, O&M, long terms services contracts and other project agreements concerning the Beckton bioliquids 20 MW CHiP project in the United Kingdom.
    • Severn Power Station relation to the EPC contract, operation and maintenance agreement and other project agreements concerning a 850 MW combined cycle gas turbine plant at Severn Power Station, United Kingdom.
    • Falck Renewables Wind Ltd in relation to the drafting, negotiation and finalising of the EPC Contract relating to the Spaldington Airfield Wind Farm, United Kingdom.
