    • Advising Burbo Extension Ltd, a consortium of Ørsted A/S (previously DONG Energy A/S), Danish pension provider PKA and KIRKBI A/S, on the planning aspects of the sale of transmission assets valued at approximately £193m to Diamond Transmission Partners BBE Limited pursuant to the OFTO regime.
    • Various entities undertaking due diligence for the sale or purchase of renewable energy projects.
    • The Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government in relation to various statutory review proceedings under the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 and the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004, and planning judicial review proceedings in the High Court and Court of Appeal.
    • Auckland Council in relation to the Proposed Auckland Unitary Plan, being the statute-based amalgamation of 14 district and regional planning documents into a single combined plan.
    • A Queenstown-based land developer in relation to a number of large scale developments and various planning matters, including one deemed to be a project of national significance concerning the expansion of the Queenstown Airport.
    • The New Zealand Transport Agency in relation to the Waikato Expressway, one of seven road projects deemed to be of national significance.
    • Local Authorities in relation to breaches of the Resource Management Act 1991 and Building Act 2004 and successfully prosecuting parties for those breaches in the Environment Court.
