Rohan is an Associate in the London Corporate group.

Since joining Watson Farley & Williams in 2015, Rohan has worked in the firm’s London and Athens offices. His practice covers corporate and commercial law, with a focus on private M&A, group reorganisations, corporate finance and related commercial transactions.

Rohan’s experience includes advising:

• A boutique hotel owner on the refinancing of two hotels in London and one hotel in Amsterdam.
• A hotel operator on employee incentive arrangements.
• A syndicate of banks in relation to the corporate and debt restructuring of a NYSE listed shipping company.
• A leading shipping company on the restructuring of its debt.
• The Royal Bank of Scotland on the provision of pre- and post-construction finance in respect of 25 solar parks.
