COVID-19 Message of Support23 March 2020

Dear clients, partners and friends

As the COVID-19 virus continues to spread and its impact is being felt across the world, we understand the welfare of your people is a primary concern. We share the same sentiment in relation to our own people.

Thoughts of business continuity then follow and we want to reassure you that we are committed to helping you navigate the many challenges the current situation brings. Therefore, our own business continuity plans include provisions to ensure that we can maintain our quality and service.

We are closely monitoring government and local health authority advice across all of the jurisdictions in which we have offices, to protect the health and safety of our people and our clients. Our response has been adjusted to the circumstances relevant to the particular jurisdiction, but rest assured that our teams are equipped to work remotely as required, in an effort to contain the spread of the virus. They are all fully accessible by telephone and email.

The strength of our relationships is key to the success of our business in good times, and is crucial in those times of uncertainty which we have faced before and are all facing now. Our values of respect, sharing, communication and integrity drive our decisions and our commitment to working with you in the way that you need in order to protect your business and your people.

If you have any questions or require support, please do not hesitate to speak with your usual contact at Watson Farley & Williams or to either of us. To see our latest articles on this topic please visit our coronavirus hub.

Our very best wishes to you and your families.
