Watson Farley & Williams (“WFW”) is pleased to announce that two of the deals it advised on have won awards at the China Business Law Journal’s Deals of the Year 2024. These prestigious annual awards highlight the year’s most significant China-related deals and cases based on overall significance, complexity, innovative nature and deal size.
The winning deals for Projects Deal of the Year were:
- the US$1.1bn sale and leaseback of five LNG carriers with Pure Energy; and
- the US$24bn Simandou Project.
