- Offshore West Lending: EnTrust Blue Ocean Group US$122m Senior Secured Term Loan to SEACOR Marine;
- Structured Finance Deal of the Year: Höegh LNG Recieves US$685m Senior Secured Credit Facility Split in two Tranches;
- Take Private Deal of the Year: Atlas (Seaspan) Take Private in Massive US$10.9bn Deal (WFW acted as Marshall Islands counsel to Ocean Network Express); and
- Wild Card Deal of the Year: Frontline, CMB, Euronav, Loan facility for Frontline’s acquisition of 24 VLCC’s, Euronav’s refinancing, and the acquisition by CMB.
