‘Energy Insights Webinar Series’ – In conversation with…Fiona Woolf
The Energy sector is undergoing a period of change, reflection and criticism. Though with a focus on carbon neutrality, renewable energy and climate change policy there is also a lot to be optimistic about.
Stepping away from slides, charts and numbers, we have invited key figures and agents of change in the sector to join us for a relaxed and open conversation about what they see as the main priorities for the energy industry to focus on to sustain momentum and impact in the coming years. Each event will be delivered as a 45 minute Q&A, with introductions provided by WFW Co-Heads of Energy, Henry Stewart and Malte Jordan.
We invite you to sit back, make yourself a drink and join us for this exclusive, engaging and inspiring event series.
Dame Fiona Woolf
Fiona Woolf was Lord Mayor of London in 2013/14, during which she extensively promoted the UK-based services sector, diversity and inclusion and the sustainable, low-carbon economy which she continues to promote through her honorary presidency of the Aldersgate Group. As an energy and infrastructure lawyer she advised 28 governments and the World Bank on electricity reforms and infrastructure projects. We are excited to speak to Fiona about the insights she gained, and her views on the energy transition.
