On 27 March, our Frankfurt office hosted a geothermal networking event to kick off the IGC Invest – Geothermal Finance & Investment Forum in Frankfurt.
Partner Torsten Rosenboom, co-hosts Alexander Richter of ThinkGeoEnergy and Dr. Jochen Schneider of Enerchange welcomed more than 20 industry professionals, who enjoyed an evening of networking, short presentations and drinks.
The following day, Torsten moderated a session about the key elements on investing in geothermal development, including risk management of investment and early stage project financing. He also joined the Round Up Discussion which drew conclusions on financing geothermal development and the instruments to accelerate project development and technological advancements.
