Charlotte specialises in maritime assets and structured finance, as well as commercial shipping transactions, bringing a wealth of experience and insight to the session.
Charlotte will dive into the complex area of sanctions and how they may affect the Middle East maritime market and ship financings looking ahead in 2025.
Session 2 – Recovery Claims in the United Arab Emirates
Presenter: Natalie Jensen, Partner
As part of the Maritime and Dispute Resolution groups, Natalie has extensive United Kingdom and United Arab Emirates expertise in disputes in the shipping, international trade and energy sectors.
Natalie’s session will provide a practical overview of the United Arab Emirates recovery action process, focussing on the enforcement options potentially available, their procedural requirements; and key strategic points for parties to have in mind before and during recovery action.
