We hosted our Maritime seminar in Beijing on Tuesday 21 May 2024 at The Westin Financial Street Hotel.
Our HK lawyers Christoforos Bisbikos, Kimarie Cheang, Guan Jian, Marcus Gordon, Madeline Leong, Valerie Lee, Dora Ying, Sylvia Shi and Arrow Zhang hosted a maritime seminar in Beijing focusing on current issues and shipping fundamentals and recent maritime challenges.
Topics on ‘Lease Enforcement’, ‘Quiet Enjoyment Rights’ and ‘Pre-delivery Leasing Structures’ were presented together with a panel discussion featuring industry panelists.
The event was a success as it was very well attended and well received by our Beijing maritime clients who commented that it was very interesting and valuable.
