On 12 October 2023 our Asia Maritime team held our first Seoul maritime seminar.
The webinar covered the following trends and topics within the shipping space:
- Chinese leasing structures;
- LNG charter review;
- Quiet Enjoyment Letter/Step-in rights; and
- Refund Guarantees and Shipbuilding Contracts.
The presentations were conducted in English and followed by a Q&A.
