The first auction under Spain’s new economic regime governing ‘clean energy’ generated from renewable sources will be held on 26 January 2021. This first auction is for a minimum of 3,000 MW, with minimum volumes of capacity of 1,000 MW for wind technology and 1,000 MW for solar photovoltaic technology.
