For our Milan and Rome offices, we are seeking talented young professionals who are eager to gain invaluable experience in a dynamic, fast-growing international law firm.

Location: Rome and Milan

Department: Energy and Transport

Teams:

• Regulatory Team in Rome
• Shipping Finance / Shipping Team in Rome and Milan
• Energy Corporate Team in Milan
• Finance Team in Milan

Roles and Responsibilities: As a trainee, you will:

• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft and review legal documents
• Assist in transactions and client meetings
• Collaborate with team members on various projects

Qualifications:

• Recently graduated in law
• Strong academic performance
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Italian and English
