Alexander J. Panisch

Alexander is an associate in the Capital Markets and Corporate groups.

Lex advises leading public companies, primarily in the maritime sector, on U.S. corporate and securities matters. His practice encompasses a wide range of securities and transactional issues, including public offerings and private placements. Lex has extensive experience with initial public offerings, follow-on and secondary equity offerings, high-yield and investment-grade debt offerings, and 144A/Regulation S offerings. In addition, he provides strategic counsel on corporate governance, periodic reporting obligations, and stock exchange rules.

Lex received a B.A. in English from Vassar College and a Juris Doctorate from Fordham University School of Law.

He is admitted to the New York bar.
