Anna Maria is an Associate in the Assets & Structured Finance Group.
Anna Maria specialises in shipping finance, representing banks, financial institutions and shipowning companies.
She works on loan financings, refinancings, restructuring and sale-and-leaseback transactions as well as on sale and purchase of second-hand and newbuilding vessels.
Prior to joining the firm in February 2024, she worked in Piraeus-based international and Greek law firms.
