Anton is a senior associate in the Assets and Structured Finance group.

He specialises in asset finance and leasing in the transport sector, notably in commercial and corporate aviation.

Anton acts for airlines, leasing companies, borrowers and banks on a variety of cross-border aircraft financing and leasing transactions, including pre-delivery payment financings, operating and finance leases, debt financings (for both commercial and business jet aircraft) and sale and purchase transactions.

He also has experience in export credit agency supported financings, trade finance as well as structuring cryptocurrency finance and leasing transactions.

Anton has worked on award winning deals including AirFinance Journal’s “Middle East Deal Of The Year 2020”, “Middle East and Africa Debt Deal of the Year” in the Airline Economics Aviation 100 Deals of the Year 2021 as well as AirFinance Journal Awards’ “Used Aircraft Deal of the Year” 2021.

Anton joined Watson Farley & Williams from an international law firm in London, during which he also completed a six-month secondment to Standard Chartered Bank’s London branch, working on structured commodities financing and global institutional lending, including ECA-backed project financing.

He speaks English, Danish and German.
