Apicha Sangchoo

Apicha is an Associate in the firm’s Corporate group.

Apicha has experience advising both local and international clients from diverse industries including energy, infrastructure and financial services, on M&A transactions, particularly cross-border deals, as well as corporate restructuring, project finance, capital markets, and regulatory compliance.

She holds a law degree from Thammasat University and a master’s degree in corporate finance from a French business school.

She is fluent in Thai and English.
