Beatrice is an Associate in the Assets & Structured Finance Group.
Beatrice has experience in acting for banks, corporates and other financial institutions on cross-border transactions in the maritime sector, including ship financing/re-financing arrangements, and sale-and-leaseback transactions.
She is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
- Advising a PRC financier as owner / lessor on a sale and leaseback financing of two crude oil tankers.
- Advising a PRC financier on a sale and leaseback financing of six VLOCs chartered to a US oil tanker corporate.
- Acting for a leading Southeast Asian grain processor and flour miller on its US$150m refinancing as Hong Kong counsel.
