Channa Prosalentis

Channa is an Associate the Assets & Structured Finance Group.

Channa is qualified as a solicitor in England & Wales and specialises in shipping finance.

She regularly acts on behalf of international and domestic banks, financial institutions and ship owning companies.

Channa has experience in loan financing and refinancing transactions, sale and leaseback transactions, loan portfolio transfers and escrow arrangements. She also has experience in ship sales and purchases of second-hand vessels as well as newbuildings.

She joined the firm in August 2021 having previously completed a traineeship at the European Maritime Safety Agency in Lisbon, Portugal.
