Dr. Harasch Yakubi

Harasch is a Senior Associate in the Employment Group.
Harasch advises national and international companies on individual and collective labour law matters and represents them in employment court proceedings in Germany. He also counsels companies on reorganisations and works council issues.
His practice focusses on drafting and negotiating contracts and works agreements as well as litigating employment law disputes.
After graduating from the University of Münster, Harasch completed his legal clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Hamm. Harasch worked for over four years at a major international law firm in the field of employment law in Berlin.

Dr. Harasch Yakubi ist Senior Associate in der Employment Group.
Dr. Harasch Yakubi berät nationale und internationale Unternehmen in individual- und kollektivarbeitsrechtlichen Angelegenheiten und vertritt sie in arbeitsgerichtlichen Verfahren in Deutschland. Er berät Unternehmen auch bei Umstrukturierungen und in betriebsverfassungsrechtlichen Fragen.
Seine Tätigkeitsschwerpunkte liegen in der Erstellung und Verhandlung von Verträgen und Betriebsvereinbarungen sowie die Prozessführung in arbeitsrechtlichen Streitigkeiten.
Nach seinem Abschluss an der Universität Münster absolvierte Dr. Harasch Yakubi sein Referendariat im Bezirk des Oberlandesgerichts Hamm. Dr. Harasch Yakubi arbeitete über vier Jahre in einer großen internationalen Anwaltskanzlei im Bereich Arbeitsrecht in Berlin.
