Hasan specialises in energy law, energy trading law and regulatory issues in the energy sector.

His area of expertise includes advising companies in the energy sector, project developers, industrial companies, as well as national and international investors and banks on all matters related to the energy industry. In addition to regulatory issues in energy law, his focus is on drafting and negotiating energy-related contracts, particularly the structuring of energy trading and supply agreements, Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and all legal structures that concern energy providers in the implementation of the energy transition.

Furthermore, Hasan has many years of experience and extensive knowledge in corporate law and M&A transactions.

His clients include energy trading companies, utility companies, power plant operators, as well as industrial companies, investors and project-financing banks.

Der Tätigkeitsbereich von Dr. Hasan Isik umfasst die Beratung von Unternehmen im Energiesektor, Projektentwicklern, Industrieunternehmen sowie nationalen und internationalen Investoren und Banken in allen Fragen der Energiewirtschaft. Neben regulatorischen Fragestellungen des Energierechts liegt der Fokus außerdem auf der Gestaltung und Verhandlung von energierechtlichen Verträgen, insbesondere der Vertragsgestaltung von Energiehandels- und Energielieferverträgen, Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) sowie allen rechtlichen Gestaltungen, die Energieversorger bei der Implementierung der Energiewende beschäftigen.
