Elaine is knowledge counsel in the assets & structured Finance group.
She has a wide range of asset, leveraged and real estate finance experience as well as non-contentious insolvency experience. This was gained from working on finance, restructuring and insolvency transactions in City law firms and in-house at a major clearing bank for more than 20 years, first as a transactional lawyer and later specialising in knowledge management and legal education.
Elaine is now jointly responsible for legal training and precedents, and assists other finance lawyers across the firm’s international offices by providing legal advice on complex legal issues.
