Eugenia is AN ASSOCIATE in the Asset & Structured Finance Group.
Eugenia has experience in a variety of banking and finance transactions. With a particular focus on ship financing, she has worked on a wide range of cross-border transactions involving leading financial institutions and export credit agencies in Asia.
Prior to joining the firm, Eugenia completed her training contract at the Hong Kong office of a top-tier international law firm. She also gained experience as an Associate in the banking and finance team of the same firm, advising global banks and private equity firms on leveraged finance transactions.
Eugenia is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- A Taiwanese bank in connection with an English law governed secured term loan facility in syndicated form pertaining to one vessel, flagged in the Bahamas.
- A leading Chinese leasing house in connection with the pre-delivery financing through the sale and leaseback of four newbuilding bunkering tankers for a Singaporean shipping company, flagged in Liberia and bareboat chartered-in to Singapore.
- A Taiwanese bank in connection with an English law governed secured term loan facility in syndicated form pertaining to thirteen vessels for a listed Greek shipping company originally flagged in the Marshall Islands and the reflagging of eleven of the vessels from the Marshall Islands to Liberia.
- CMFL in connection with the sale and leaseback of the LNG Floating Storage Unit “Excalibur”, flagged in Belgium then reflagged to Liberia.
- A Taiwanese bank in connection with an English law governed secured term loan facility in syndicated form pertaining to two vessels for a listed Greek shipping company, flagged in the Marshall Islands.
