Evangelia Katsioula

Evangelia is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution Group.

Evangelia is a litigator with experience in commercial, maritime and civil law and advises a wide range of clients in both contentious and non-contentious matters, related to the Greek jurisdiction. She holds experience in civil procedure before the Greek Courts and is engaged in matters related to disputes arising from charterparties, marine accidents, pollution disputes as well as commercial agreements.

With experience in navigating the complexities of immigration and business setup, she has successfully guided clients through the process of acquiring Golden Visas and establishing Greek companies. Her in- depth knowledge of the local and European regulations makes her a trusted advisor in relation to a variety of private law matters.

Prior to joining WFW, she worked as a trainee lawyer at an international law firm, specialising in maritime law, as well as in the legal department of a major banking institution.

She is currently defending her thesis as a postgraduate student in Master’s Programme “Law and Economics” of University of Piraeus.
