Florence is an experienced lawyer with more than 20 years’ legal PQE, specialising in banking and finance. Her key expertise is in helping to structure banking transactions by identifying legal and practical solutions to facilitate strategic objectives of businesses and ensure compliance. She has proven ability to provide high quality research and advisory work in work-intensive environments.
Florence is dual qualified, being admitted to practice in England & Wales and Hong Kong.
