Gavin’s practice includes advising sponsors, investors and lenders in relation to project development (financing and construction), acquisitions and refinancings across the energy and infrastructure sectors.
- Advising the lenders on the £290m project financing of the 42 MW Newhurst energy-from-waste facility.
- Advising the lenders on the £445m refinancing of a minority stake in the 400 MW Rampion offshore wind farm.
- Advising Equitix and the Renewables Infrastructure Group (TRIG) on the acquisition and financing of a 40% stake in the 316.8 MW Sheringham Shoal offshore wind farm.
- Advising the sponsors on the project financing and delivery of INEOS Project One, a world-scale cracker complex in the Port of Antwerp.
