Georgina has experience in banking and project finance transactions in the renewable energy and oil and gas sectors, acting for financial institutions and borrowers both domestically and internationally.

Since joining the firm, Georgina has worked in the firm’s London and Singapore offices.

  • Advising Shell Energy Europe Limited “SEEL” on the completion of its new structured trading arrangement with Yü Energy Retail Limited “Yü Energy”, a subsidiary of Yü Group plc, with an initial five-year term.
  • Advising Eurobank S.A. as mandated lead arranger and finance provider on a €315.34m project finance agreement with Enipeas Single-Member SA, a subsidiary of Lightsource bp, for the development of the Enipeas project, one of the largest solar projects in Europe with a nominal capacity of 560 MW. The financing includes €170m from the Greek government’s Recovery and Resilience Fund ‘Greece 2.0’. along with €145.34m from Eurobank.
  • Advising the lenders to DIF Capital Partners, via its DIF Infrastructure VII fund, on the financing of a 540 MW portfolio of co-located UK solar generation and battery storage assets comprising seven ready-to-build sites.
  • Advising Varco Energy HoldCo 1 Limited a wholly-owned subsidiary of Adaptogen Battery Storage LP, on its circa £58m project financing of a battery storage project portfolio consisting of two 57 MW projects, ‘Sizing John’ and ‘Native River,’ located at Rainhill and Capenhurst in North-West England, UK, respectively. This was one of the first merchant financing of battery storage projects in the UK.
