Io Papadimitriou

Io is an Associate in the Assets & Structured Finance Group.

Io is qualified as a solicitor in England & Wales and as an attorney before the Court of Appeal of Piraeus, Greece.

She specialises in shipping finance, acting on behalf of banks, financial institutions and shipping companies. Her experience is on all aspects of shipping finance, including loan financings, sale and leaseback transactions as well as matters relating to sale and purchase of ships and corporate acquisitions.

She also advises on Marshall Islands and Liberian maritime and corporate law matters.
