Justus is a managing Associate in the Assets and Structured Finance Group.
Justus specialises in financing of ships and comparable assets as well as in restructuring and all related matters of commercial law. His clients include domestic and international banks and other financial institutions.
He is also qualified as a Solicitor (England and Wales).
- Advising Hamburg Commercial Bank AG on its acquisition of NIBC Bank N.V.’s entire shipping portfolio comprising €992m of performing shipping loans. NIBC’s shipping experts will join HCOB to form its first representative office in the Netherlands.
- Advising Hamburg Commercial Bank on a US$100m revolving credit facility provided to an intermediate holding company of MPC Container Ships ASA secured by 14 vessels and replacing former revolving credit facilities from multiple banks.

Justus Langelittig ist auf die Finanzierung von Schiffen und vergleichbaren Assets sowie Restrukturierung spezialisiert und berät nationale und internationale Banken sowie andere Finanzinstitute in diesen Bereichen sowie allen verwandten Bereichen des Wirtschaftsrechts.
Er ist zudem auch als Solicitor (England und Wales) qualifiziert.
- Beratung der Hamburg Commercial Bank AG bei der Akquisition des gesamten Schiffportfolios der NIBC Bank N.V., das ein Volumen von 992 Mio. Euro an performenden Schiffsdarlehen umfasst. Die Schifffahrtsexperten der NIBC werden sich der HCOB anschließen und als deren erste Repräsentanz in den Niederlanden agieren.
- Beratung der Hamburg Commercial Bank bei einer revolvierenden Kreditfazilität in Höhe von 100 Millionen US-Dollar für eine Zwischenholding der MPC Container Ships ASA, die mit 14 Schiffen besichert ist und frühere entsprechende Fazilitäten mehrerer Banken ersetzt.
