Kate Roddick

Kate is an Associate in the Real Estate group.

Kate is a banking and finance lawyer advising lenders, borrowers and key market participants on a wide range of financing transactions. With a particular focus on real estate finance, her experience covers all aspects of a financing transaction including due diligence, preparation and negotiation of facility and security arrangements through to completion.

Prior to joining Watson Farley & Williams Kate was an associate at a national law firm in Australia.
