Kayla advises regulatory matters within the energy, infrastructure and transport sectors.

She has experience advising clients on data protection, National Security and Investment Act and merger analyses. Additionally, Kayla has experience in conducting due diligence related to environmental, planning and health & safety aspects of various projects.
