Laura Bond

Laura is an Associate in the Assets & Structured Finance Group.
Laura specialises in shipping finance, acting on behalf of banks, other financial institutions and ship owning companies.
She works on loan financings and restructuring transactions as well as on sale and purchase of second-hand vessels and newbuildings.
Prior to joining the firm in 2023, Laura worked in Kuwait and Cyprus and was involved in corporate law and capital markets law.
She is a dual-qualified lawyer entitled to practise law both in England & Wales and Cyprus.
