Lea Alexandra is an Associate in the Corporate and M&A Group.
She specialises in M&A transactions, joint ventures and project development transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors.
During her legal clerkship, she worked in the real estate M&A department of a major international law firm, where she was able to gain extensive experience in M&A transactions. Prior to this, she also worked as a research assistant in the real estate M&A department of another major international law firm.

Sie ist spezialisiert auf M&A-Transaktionen, Joint Ventures und Projektentwicklungstransaktionen in den Sektoren Energie und Infrastruktur.
Während ihres Referendariats absolvierte sie eine Station in einer internationalen Großkanzlei im Bereich Real Estate-M&A und konnte dort bereits zahlreiche Erfahrungen in M&A-Transaktionen sammeln. Zuvor war sie als wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin ebenfalls im Bereich Real Estate-M&A in einer weiteren internationalen Großkanzlei tätig.
