Linh is an Associate in the Projects and Corporate Group.
She assists on matters relating to foreign investments into Vietnam, energy and infrastructure, banking and project finance.
She is fluent in Vietnamese and English.
- Advising the Ministry of Industry and Trade in the development of the Vinh Tan 1, Mong Duong 2, Nghi Son 2, Vung Ang 2, Van Phong 1 project.
- Advising DK Consultants, as consultants for project sponsors, in the development of 4,500 MW LNG to Power Project in Central of Vietnam and 3,000 MW LNG to Power Project in the South of Vietnam.
- Advising a leading Spanish developer on the acquisition of a pipeline of wind assets in Vietnam.
- Advising Asian Development Bank on a US$132m secured loan facility for Vingroup and VinFast.
- Advising a private equity fund management in relation to a judgement enforcement procedures of a criminal judgement involving land and assets attached to land in a leasing office project.
