LOUISE IS A PARTNER IN THE ASSETS AND STRUCTURED FINANCE GROUP.
She has significant expertise in the rail and aviation sectors. Her transactional experience includes portfolio, secured debt, common terms platform and ECA-supported financings, leasing company and asset acquisitions, sales and operating and finance leases.
Louise has represented some of the world’s largest leasing companies, operators and banks and has recently acted for Alpha Trains, Streem, ABN AMRO Bank, the European ECAs and NatWest.
Prior to joining the firm, Louise spent 12 years with White & Case, including three years in their Paris office. During this time, Louise was seconded to Angel Trains, where she advised on numerous aspects of their corporate and financial restructuring, prior to their sale by RBS in 2008, as well as on their day-to-day operational matters.
She is ranked as a Leading Individual for Transport Finance and Leasing by Legal 500 UK 2023 – “the responsive and efficient Louise Mor has tremendous industry credibility”.
- Advised Streem Holding (“Streem”) on its private placement offering, involving multiple tranches of fixed and floating rate notes.
- Advised Nexrail on the closure of Project Sigma, a €322m sustainability-linked debt facility with a syndicate of ten banks.
- Advising Alpha Trains on its raising of €548m in a combination of senior and HoldCo level secured bank debt within its existing common terms financing platform.
