
Lucrezia is an Associate in the Project and Structured Finance Group.
Lucrezia is a qualified Solicitor (England and Wales). She is based in Frankfurt where she specialises in export credit, project and acquisition financings, with a particular focus on energy and infrastructure sectors.
Her previous experience spans real estate and structured finance, construction, energy and infrastructure, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate re-organisation and banking.
Prior to joining Watson Farley & Williams, Lucrezia studied law and trained as a solicitor at a leading international firm in London, spending six months in the Amsterdam office.
She is originally from Italy and is fluent in Italian, English and Spanish.
- Advising lenders on a seven-year multi-billion debt financing in the Netherlands (Amsterdam).
- Advising a leading American bank on the proposed sale of its fiduciary and trust administration services business (London).
- Advising an international corporation on the sale of its water purification businesses in Asia, America and Europe (London).
- Advising the lenders on several multi-billion-pound financings, refinancings and corporate restructuring of infrastructure projects in London, the Middle East, Europe, Latin America and Asia.
