Manos Pontikis

Manos is a senior Associate in the Assets & Structured Finance Group.

He advises banks, financial institutions and shipowning companies on loan and security documentation in relation to financing and refinancing of secondhand and newbuildings, pre- and post-delivery financing as well as sale and purchase transactions.

Manos also advises buyers and sellers on sale and purchase transactions and on commercial shipping matters.
