Marianna Psarrou

Marianna is an Associate in the Assets & Structured Finance Group.

Marianna specialises in shipping finance, acting for domestic and international banks, financial institutions and ship owning companies. She works on ship finance loan transactions as well as on sale and purchase of second-hand vessels and newbuildings and related corporate matters.

Prior to joining the firm in January 2023, she worked for two years as an in-house lawyer in the compliance team of a global container shipping company in Piraeus, Greece.
